سياسة التحكيم العلمي
تلتزم مجلة بغداد للعلوم الإنسانية بتطبيق أعلى معايير الجودة والنزاهة الأكاديمية في جميع الأبحاث المنشورة. ولتحقيق ذلك، تعتمد المجلة نظام التحكيم المزدوج التعمية (Double-Blind Review)، حيث يتم إخفاء هوية المؤلفين عن المحكّمين، كما يتم إخفاء هوية المحكّمين عن المؤلفين، لضمان الحياد والموضوعية التامة في التقييم.
آلية التحكيم
1. التدقيق الأولي:
تقوم اللجنة العلمية بمراجعة أولية للبحث للتأكد من توافقه مع مجال المجلة، واستيفائه للشروط الشكلية والمنهجية وأخلاقيات النشر. بالاضافه الى فحص جميع البحوث المقدَّمة للمجلة للكشف عن الاستلال (الانتحال العلمي) قبل البدء بعملية التحكيم العلمي. وتستخدم المجلة برامج عالمية معترفًا بها للكشف عن نسبة التشابه لضمان أصالة الأعمال المقدَّمة.
وتُرفض أي مخطوطة تحتوي على نسبة تشابه تتجاوز 20٪، وقد يُطلب من المؤلفين إجراء التعديلات اللازمة على بحوثهم لتتوافق مع معايير النشر المعتمدة في المجلة.
2. اختيار المحكّمين:
يتم إرسال البحث – بعد إزالة أي بيانات تعريفية بالمؤلف – إلى محكّمين اثنين على الأقل من ذوي الخبرة والاختصاص الدقيق في موضوع البحث.
3. التقييم العلمي:
يقوم كل محكّم بملء نموذج تقييم معتمد يتضمن محاور أساسية مثل:
أصالة البحث وأهميته العلمية.
سلامة المنهجية.
وضوح النتائج والتحليل.
جودة اللغة والأسلوب الأكاديمي.
دقة التوثيق والمراجع.
4. قرار النشر:
قبول البحث كما هو.
القبول بعد إجراء تعديلات طفيفة أو جوهرية.
رفض البحث مع بيان الأسباب.
ويُعتمد القرار النهائي من قبل رئيس التحرير بعد دراسة تقارير المحكّمين.
5. إعادة التحكيم (إن لزم):
إذا قام المؤلف بإجراء تعديلات جوهرية على بحثه، قد يُعاد إرساله إلى المحكّمين للتأكد من استيفاء الملاحظات.
ضمانات النزاهة
جميع الأطراف ملتزمة بسرية المعلومات والمحتوى العلمي أثناء عملية التحكيم.
لا يُسمح بأي تضارب في المصالح بين المؤلفين والمحكّمين.
Peer Review Policy
The Baghdad Journal of Humanities is committed to applying the highest standards of quality and academic integrity in all published research. To achieve this, the journal adopts the Double-Blind Review system, in which the identities of the authors are concealed from the reviewers, and the identities of the reviewers are likewise concealed from the authors, ensuring complete impartiality and objectivity in the evaluation process.
Peer Review Process
1. Initial Screening:
The scientific committee conducts an initial review of each submitted manuscript to ensure that it aligns with the journal’s scope and meets the formal, methodological, and publication ethics requirements. In addition, all manuscripts submitted to the journal are screened for plagiarism before the peer-review process begins. The journal uses internationally recognized plagiarism detection software to ensure the originality of the submitted work.
Any manuscript with a similarity index exceeding 20% will be rejected, and authors may be requested to revise their work to comply with the journal’s publication standards
2. Reviewer Selection:
The manuscript—after removal of any identifying author information—is sent to at least two reviewers with expertise in the specific subject area of the research.
3. Scientific Evaluation:
Each reviewer completes a standardized evaluation form covering key aspects such as:
Originality and scientific significance of the research.
Soundness of methodology.
Clarity of results and analysis.
Quality of language and academic style.
Accuracy of documentation and references.
4. Publication Decision:
Accept the manuscript as is.
Accept with minor or major revisions.
Reject the manuscript with stated reasons.
The final decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief after reviewing the referees’ reports.
5. Re-Review (if necessary):
If the author makes substantial revisions to the manuscript, it may be sent back to the reviewers to ensure that all comments and recommendations have been addressed.

All parties involved in the review process are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the information and scientific content during the review.
