الملخص
تعد موضوع شبكات الوكالة الشيعية مطلقاً من المواضيع المهمة عبر
التاريخ وهذه الوكالات ظهرت لا فقط في زمن الغيبة الصغرى والكبرى بل كانت في ازمنة
متأخرة وقد اعتمد غلى الوكلاء بكثير من الامور وخاصة في زمن الامام الصادق ع
والامام الكاظم وبقية الأئمة وكانوا ينتشرون في جميع الولايات والمناطق لينشروا
تعاليم أهل البيت عليهم السلام
ويهدف هذا البحث بيان الجذور التاريخية للوكالة وماهو دور الوكلاء
وكيف كانت الوكالة تمهيد لغيبة الامام حتى يتعلم الناس وينسجم مع الواقع الجديد الذي
يغيب الامام عليه السلام عن الانظار وتكون الواسطة بينهم الوكلاء في الغيبة الصغرى
وبعد الغيبة الكبرى كانت الوكالة للعالم الجامع للشرائط ليؤخذ منه تعاليم الدين والشرع
على مذهب أهل البيت عليهم السلام بالاعتماد على المصادر والمراجع التاريخية .

Abstract
The subject of Shiite agency
(Wakala) networks throughout history has always been of paramount importance.
These agencies emerged not only during the Minor and Major Occultations but
also persisted into later eras. Agents (Wukala) were heavily relied upon in
numerous matters, particularly during the eras of Imam al-Sadiq, Imam
al-Kadhim, and the rest of the Imams (peace be upon them). They were deployed
across all provinces and regions to propagate the teachings of the Ahl al-Bayt
(peace be upon them).
This research aims to elucidate the historical
roots of the agency system, define the role of the agents, and explain how the
agency served as a preparatory phase for the Imam's occultation. This system
accustomed the public to, and integrated them with, a new reality where the
Imam (peace be upon him) would be hidden from view, with agents serving as the
intermediaries during the Minor Occultation. Following the onset of the Major
Occultation, the agency was transferred to the fully qualified jurists (al-Alim
al-Jami' lil-Shara'it) to source religious and legal teachings according to the
Ahl al-Bayt school of thought, relying on historical references and sources.
