الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى
تحليل العلاقة بين الكفاءة الإدارية والجدوى الاقتصادية في الإدارة الصيدلانية
داخل المؤسسات الصحية، من خلال الجمع بين الإطار النظري والدراسة التطبيقية
الميدانية. ركز البحث على أهمية الإدارة الصيدلانية بوصفها عنصرًا محوريًا في
تطوير الأداء المؤسسي وتحقيق الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد الدوائية، مع الحفاظ على
جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمريض.اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم جمع
البيانات من عدد من المستشفيات والمراكز الصحية الحكومية والخاصة في العراق
باستخدام استبيان مكوَّن من ثلاثة محاور رئيسية: الكفاءة الإدارية، والجدوى
الاقتصادية، ورضا العاملين وجودة الخدمة. أظهرت النتائج أن الكفاءة الإدارية تؤثر
تأثيرًا إيجابيًا قويًا في تحقيق الجدوى الاقتصادية، وأن المؤسسات التي تعتمد نظم
معلومات إلكترونية وتنفذ برامج تدريب مستمرة للعاملين تحقق مستويات أعلى من
الكفاءة التشغيلية وتقليل الهدر المالي.خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تطوير الإدارة الصيدلانية
يتطلب تكاملًا بين الأداء الإداري والتحليل الاقتصادي، وتعزيز التحول الرقمي
والرقابة الدوائية بما يضمن استدامة النظام الصحي ورفع كفاءته.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the relationship between administrative
efficiency and economic feasibility in pharmaceutical management within
healthcare institutions, combining a theoretical framework with an applied
field study. The research emphasizes the crucial role of pharmaceutical
administration as a key component in institutional performance development and
optimal utilization of medical resources while maintaining high-quality patient
care.The study adopted a
descriptive-analytical methodology, collecting data from public and private
hospitals and health centers in Iraq through a structured questionnaire
consisting of three main dimensions: administrative efficiency, economic
feasibility, and employee satisfaction with service quality. The results
revealed a strong positive correlation between administrative efficiency and
economic feasibility, indicating that institutions implementing electronic
information systems and continuous training programs for pharmacists achieve
higher operational efficiency and reduced financial waste.The
study concluded that developing pharmaceutical management requires integration
between administrative performance and economic analysis, along with the
promotion of digital transformation and pharmaceutical oversight to ensure
sustainability and improved efficiency of the healthcare system.
