التوجهات المستقبلية للنمو العمراني في مدينة الكوفة

تتضمن التوجهات المستقبلية تصورات ورؤى لما يمكن ان يحدث في المدينة , وتبنى هذه التصورات على توقعات قائمة على معايير علمية واضحة تمثل النماذج والهياكل النظرية أطرها الأساسية ، كما ان التخطيط للمستقبل امر مهم جدا وضروري وذلك لمواجهة المشكلات التي قد تنتج من النمو السريع والتوسع الافقي والمساحي للمدينة وبشكل عام ان التخطيط المستقبلي يهيء للمدينة أفضل توزيع جغرافي وللسكان أكبر الفوائد من هذه الأنشطة الحضرية. . إن المصدر الأساسي للمعلومات في هذا المجال هو( التعداد السكاني ) وهو مصدر مهم إذا ما توفرت فيه المعلومات التفصيلية وخاصة ما يتعلق بالعائلة . وتتمثل مشكلة البحث بانه هل ستكون هناك زيادة في اعداد سكان مدينة الكوفة مستقبلاً ؟ وكيف سيكون النمو العمراني مستقبلاً لمدينة الكوفة ؟ وهل سيواجه النمو العمراني في مدينة الكوفة مستقبلاً مشكلات مكانية ؟ وسيعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي ومنهج تحليل النظم . وقد توصل البحث الى اهم النتائج الآتية : ان الزيادة السكانية سوف تعمل على مضاعفة رقعة المدينة مما ستزيد المساحة المخصصة للسكن مرة ونصف . كما إن المخطط الاساسي الحالي للمدينة لم ياخذ بعين الاعتبار المعايير التخطيطة في توزيع استخدامات الارض المختلفة بما يحقق الراحة والرفاهية لسكانها .

Abstract:
Future trends include perceptions and visions of what might happen in the city. These perceptions are based on expectations based on clear scientific criteria, with theoretical models and structures as their basic frameworks. Planning for the future is also very important and necessary to address the problems that may arise from the rapid growth and horizontal and spatial expansion of the city. In general, future planning provides the best geographical distribution for the city and the greatest benefits for the population from these urban activities. The primary source of information in this area is the population census, which is an important source if detailed information is available, especially regarding families. The research problem is: Will there be an increase in the population of Kufa in the future? What will the future urban growth of Kufa look like? Will future urban growth in Kufa face spatial problems? The research will rely on the descriptive approach and systems analysis. The research reached the following important results: The population increase will double the city's area, which will increase the area allocated for housing by one and a half times. The current master plan for the city does not take into account planning standards for distributing different land uses to achieve comfort and well-being for its residents.
