توجيه وزاري بشأن استمارة محور الخطة السنوية البحثية لعام 2026
في إطار دعم وزارة التربية للبحث التربوي والتطوير العلمي، وجهت المديرية العامة للتربية في محافظة بابل / قسم الإعداد والتدريب / شعبة البحوث والدراسات التربوية، كتابًا رسميًا إلى أقسام التربية والمدارس في المحافظة، استنادًا إلى إشعار مركز البحوث والدراسات التربوية في الوزارة / شعبة الدراسات الإدارية والذاتية، ذي العدد (20/2248) في 1/10/2025.
جاء التوجيه لغرض إعداد استمارة خاصة بمحاور الخطة السنوية البحثية لعام 2026، حيث دعت المديرية الباحثين والمعنيين في الأقسام التربوية إلى الاهتمام بالأبحاث والدراسات الميدانية والواقعية التي تُسهم في تطوير العملية التربوية وتشخيص المشكلات والمعوقات التي تواجهها، واقتراح الحلول المناسبة لها.
وأكد الكتاب على ضرورة الالتزام بتقديم الاستمارات ابتداءً من تاريخ صدور التعميم، حرصًا على دقة العمل البحثي وضمان انسجامه مع أهداف الوزارة في النهوض بالواقع التربوي والتعليمي في العراق.
✳️ يأتي هذا الإجراء ضمن سياسة وزارة التربية الرامية إلى توظيف البحث العلمي في معالجة التحديات التعليمية وتحسين جودة التعليم.

Ministerial Directive on the 2026 Annual Research Plan Form
As part of the Ministry of Education’s commitment to advancing educational research and academic development, the General Directorate of Education in Babylon / Department of Preparation and Training / Division of Educational Research and Studies has issued an official directive to all educational departments and schools in the governorate.
The directive refers to the Ministry’s Center for Educational Research and Studies / Administrative and Self-Studies Division, document no. (20/2248) dated October 1, 2025, regarding the preparation of a special form for the 2026 annual research plan.
The initiative encourages researchers and educators to focus on practical and field-based studies that contribute to improving the educational process, diagnosing challenges, and proposing effective solutions.
It also emphasizes the importance of submitting the required forms starting from the issuance date of the circular, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with the Ministry’s goals of enhancing educational standards across Iraq.
