الملخص:
يتناول هذا البحث، أثر نمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وارتفاع الدخل الفردي أو الأسري في عدالة توزيع الدخل في سورية، وذلك خلال المدة الزمنية الممتدة من 2010 حتى 2020، وبحسب ما هو متوفر من البيانات الرسمية، وقد تمَّ صياغة نموذج أثر النمو على عدالة توزيع الدخل وذلك بنموذج للعلاقة بين الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وعدالة توزيع الدخل ونموذج معدل نمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي سنوياً (%) وعدالة توزيع الدخل. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود ارتباط طردي بين قيم مؤشر عدالة توزيع الدخل Gini والتغير في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، كما توصلت إلى وجود ارتباط عكسي بين قيم مؤشر عدالة توزيع الدخل Gini ومعدل نمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، أوصت الدراسة بتبنيّ سياسات اقتصادية شاملة تستهدف تحقيق نمو اقتصادي احتوائي ينعكس إيجاباً على مختلف شرائح المجتمع، وليس على فئات محددة. كما أوصت الدراسة إلى زيادة الإنفاق الحكومي على التعليم والصحة لما له من دور في تنمية رأس المال البشري، وتحسين فرص الحصول على وظائف ذات دخل مرتفع، بما يُسهم في تحسين توزيع الدخل.

Abstract:
This research looks at the impact of GDP growth and the rise in individual or household income on income distribution fairness in Syria, covering the period from 2010 to 2020, based on the available official data. The study developed a model to examine the effect of growth on income distribution fairness, using a model that links GDP and income distribution fairness, as well as a model relating the annual GDP growth rate (%) to income distribution fairness. The study found a positive correlation between the Gini index values and GDP changes, and an inverse correlation between the Gini index values and the annual GDP growth rate. It recommended adopting comprehensive economic policies aimed at achieving inclusive economic growth that benefits all segments of society, not just specific groups. The study also recommended increasing government spending on education and health, as this helps develop human capital and improves opportunities for high-paying jobs, which contributes to better income distribution.
