احتلت القيم
الاجتماعية مكانة بارزة في الدراسات الاجتماعية المعاصرة؛ نظرا لأهميتها البالغة
وحاجة الأفراد والمجتمعات إليها، إذ إن تغير القيم الاجتماعية قد أحدث تبدلا
ملموسا في الأدوار الاجتماعية، مما أدى بدوره إلى تغييرات واضحة في بنية
المجتمعات، وفي هذا السياق، تشهد المجتمعات الإسلامية صراعا بين متطلبات التطور الاجتماعي وضرورة الحفاظ على القيم التي
قد تتعارض أحيانا مع بعض جوانب هذا التطور، مما استدعى من الباحثين دراسة هذه
التوافقات والتباينات، ومعالجتها ضمن ضوابط الشريعة الإسلامية لتحقيق التوازن
المنشود بين الأصالة والحداثة، ومن هذا المنطلق، هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء
مفهوم تغير القيم الاجتماعية من زاويتي علم الاجتماع الإسلامي والغربي، معتمدة على
المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لعرض وجهات نظر كل منهما في هذا الشأن، حيث بينت الدراسة
مفهوم تغير القيم من كلا المنظورين، متناولة خصائصها، ومكوناتها، ومصادرها، وطرق اكتسابها، كما درست
التحولات الاجتماعية والثقافية باعتبارها متغيرات مؤثرة فيها، مع استعراض آراء
علماء الاجتماع من الجانبين لتوضيح الفروق الدقيقة بينهما في مفهوم تغير القيم
الاجتماعية، وفي الختام، توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج عديدة أكدت وجود اختلاف جوهري في
مفهوم تغيير القيم بين علم الاجتماع الإسلامي والغربي، وبناء على ذلك، أوصت
الدراسة بضرورة إعادة تقييم معايير القيم الاجتماعية وتطبيقاتها الحديثة، لبيان
مدى اتساقها مع إطار القيم الإسلامية أو انحرافها عنه.

Abstract:
Social values have occupied a
prominent place in contemporary social studies, due to their great importance
and the need of individuals and societies for them. The change in social values
has brought about a tangible change in social roles, which in turn has led to
clear changes in the structure of societies. In this context, Islamic societies
are witnessing a conflict between the requirements of social development and
the necessity of preserving values that may sometimes conflict with some
aspects of this development, which has necessitated researchers to study these
agreements and differences And addressing it within the controls of Islamic law
to achieve the desired balance between authenticity and modernity. From this
standpoint, this study aimed to investigate the concept of changing social
values from the perspectives of Islamic and Western sociology, relying on the
descriptive analytical approach to present the viewpoints of each of them in
this regard, as the study clarified the concept of changing values from both
perspectives, addressing their characteristics, components, sources, and
methods of acquiring them. It also studied social and cultural transformations
as influential variables in them By reviewing the opinions of sociologists from
both sides to clarify the nuances between them in the concept of changing
social values, and in conclusion, the study reached several results that
confirmed the existence of a fundamental difference in the concept of changing
values between Islamic and Western sociology, and based on that, the study
recommended the necessity of re-evaluating the standards of social values and
their modern applications, to show the extent of their consistency with the
framework of Islamic values or their deviation from it .
