المستخلص:
يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان الدور المحوري الذي تؤديه الدراسات
الإسلامية والاجتماعية والإنسانية في بناء المجتمع وتنميته، من خلال إبراز التكامل
بين هذه العلوم في ترسيخ القيم الدينية والأخلاقية، وتعزيز الهوية الثقافية، وبناء
الإنسان الصالح القادر على الإسهام في نهضة المجتمع واستقراره. كما يتناول البحث
الأسس الشرعية التي تؤكد أهمية هذه الدراسات في تحقيق مقاصد الشريعة، ولا سيما حفظ
الدين، والنفس، والعقل، والنسل، والمال، مع بيان إسهامات الفقه المعاصر في معالجة
القضايا المجتمعية المستجدة وتقديم الحلول الشرعية لها.واعتمد البحث المنهج
الاستقرائي في جمع النصوص الشرعية وأقوال العلماء، والمنهج التحليلي في دراسة
مضامينها وربطها بالواقع المعاصر، إضافة إلى المنهج الوصفي في عرض أدوار الدراسات
الإسلامية والاجتماعية والإنسانية في خدمة المجتمع. وتوصل البحث إلى أن التكامل
بين الدراسات الإسلامية والاجتماعية والإنسانية يسهم في بناء مجتمع متوازن يقوم
على الوسطية، ويعزز قيم المواطنة والتعايش والمسؤولية المجتمعية، ويرفع مستوى
الوعي في مواجهة التحديات الفكرية والاجتماعية والثقافية.
كما أكد البحث أن الفقه المعاصر يمتلك من المرونة والاجتهاد المنضبط
ما يمكنه من مواكبة المستجدات وتحقيق مصالح المجتمع في إطار أحكام الشريعة
الإسلامية.

Abstract
This
study investigates the pivotal role of Islamic, Social, and Human Studies in
fostering community development. It highlights the complementary relationship
among these disciplines in promoting religious and ethical values,
strengthening cultural identity, and developing responsible individuals capable
of contributing to social progress, stability, and cohesion. The study also
examines the Sharia foundations that emphasize the importance of these fields
in achieving the objectives of Islamic law (Maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah), particularly
the preservation of religion, life, intellect, lineage, and property.
Furthermore,
the study explores the contribution of contemporary Islamic jurisprudence to
addressing emerging societal issues and providing Sharia-compliant solutions
that respond to modern challenges. To achieve its objectives, the study
employed the inductive approach to collect and examine relevant Qur’anic
verses, Prophetic traditions, and scholarly opinions. It also adopted the
analytical approach to interpret these sources and relate them to contemporary
social realities, in addition to the descriptive approach to illustrate the
contributions of Islamic, Social, and Human Studies to community development.
The
findings reveal that the integration of Islamic, Social, and Human Studies
plays a significant role in building a balanced society founded on the
principles of moderation, justice, and responsibility. This integration also
reinforces the values of citizenship, peaceful coexistence, and social
solidarity. Moreover, it enhances societal awareness and equips individuals to
confront intellectual, social, and cultural challenges. The study concludes
that contemporary Islamic jurisprudence possesses the flexibility and
methodological capacity, through disciplined ijtihād (independent juristic
reasoning), to respond effectively to emerging developments and safeguard
public interest within the framework of Islamic Sharia.
