ملخص البحث:
يسعى هذا البحث إلى رصد دوافع استخدام الجمهور العراقي لتطبيقات البرامج الذكية في الحصول على المعلومات الطبية، وقياس الإشباعات المتحققة منها؛ وف اطار ذلك فانت الباحثة بتطبيق استبيان إلكتروني على عينة متاحة قوامها 400 مفردة من المواطنين داخل جمهورية العراق في الفترة من 1 إلى 15 فبراير 2026، وخلصت النتائج إلى وجود تعرض مرتفع للتقنيات الذكية، مع سيطرة الاستخدام الوظيفي السريع للحصول على استشارات فورية. كما أثبتت الدراسة ارتفاع مستوى القبول التقني نظراً لسهولة الاستخدام والمنفعة المدركة في تبسيط المصطلحات الطبية، كما حققت التطبيقات إشباعات معرفية ونفسية ملموسة، مع وجود تحفظ نسبي لدى الجمهور تجاه الاعتماد الكلي عليها في اتخاذ القرارات الصحية المصيرية.

Abstract:
This research seeks to monitor the motives behind the Iraqi public's use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications for obtaining medical information and to measure the resulting gratifications. Within this framework, the researcher administered an electronic questionnaire to a convenience sample of 400 individuals within the Republic of Iraq from February 1 to 15, 2026.
The results revealed a high level of exposure to advanced technologies, with a predominance of rapid functional use for immediate consultations. Furthermore, the study demonstrated a high level of technology acceptance due to user-friendliness and notable effectivenessin simplifying medical terminology. The applications achieved tangible cognitive and psychological gratifications, despite a relative caution among the public regarding total reliance on AI for critical health-related decisions.
