الملخص
الطلاق ظاهرة كبيرة وعميقة في مجتمعات العالم كافة و طلاق بمفهوم العام و الخاص يسبب تأثيرات عميقة في عمق النفس البشري و يترك عبء كبير في نفوسنا و وتأثيرات عميقة و اثار نفسية و عقلية على الفرد مراهق و مجتمع بصورة عامه و قد تطرقنا في مشكلة بحثنا إلى تساؤل حول مفهوم الطلاق و تأثيرات النفسية و تكييف المراهقين وبينا في أهمية بحثنا على عن الطلاق تحدي الأسرة وتذكير الناس بالاخلاقيات الاسلام وأحكامه في تعامل مع الطلاق وتقديم أفضل صورة اسلامية في تعامل مع هذا الظاهرة وتتطرفنا في هدف بحثنا معرفة ظاهرة الطلاق وتأثيرات التي تنتج عن هذا الظاهرة وأثره النفسي وتكييف المراهقين و قد تناولنا في بحثنا العلمي وتتطرفنا إلى تعريفه و مفهومه و تناولنا في المبحث الأول مفهوم الطلاق و تعريفه وعمقه و عرفنا أنواع الطلاق في مذاهبنا الإسلامية والقانون العراقي و كذلك عرفنا القوانين الصادرة عنه في القانون الاحوال الشخصية العراقي و تطرقنا في مبحثنا الثاني اسباب الظاهرة الطلاق في العراق و مجتمعات العالم و عوامل مسببة له و بيننا آثار مترتبة على الطلاق و النظريات التي تفسر اسباب الظاهرة الطلاق وفي ختام بينا أن الأسرة الركيزة الأساسية في بناء شخصية الطفل و مراهق بشكل عام لها أثر نفسي و ذاتي ومنها يتعلم الطفل و مراهق بشكل عام مهاراته و يتعلم وبينا أن الطلاق يدمر الطفل و مراهق بشكل عام و الأسرة بجمع و قدمنا مقترحاتنا ومنها يجب توعية الأسرة و وضعع برامج وقائية للخروج من المشاكل الأسرية ومساعدة الشباب المقبلين على الزواج فهم الحياة الزوجية وإعطاء كل ذي حق حقه وإعادة النظر في الزواج وسن الزواج لأن سبب هذا الظاهرة هو عدم إدراك الحياة الزوجية.

Abstract
Divorce is a major and profound phenomenon in societies worldwide. Divorce, both general and specific, has profound effects on the human psyche and leaves a heavy burden on our souls, profound psychological and mental impacts on the individual, adolescents, and society in general. In our research problem, we addressed a question about the concept of divorce and its psychological effects and the conditioning of adolescents. We demonstrated the importance of our research on divorce as a challenge to the family, reminding people of Islamic ethics and its rulings in dealing with divorce, and presenting the best Islamic image in dealing with this phenomenon. Our research goal focused on understanding the phenomenon of divorce, its effects, its psychological impact, and the conditioning of adolescents. In our scientific research, we addressed its definition and concept. In the first section, we addressed the concept of divorce, its definition, and its depth. We identified the types of divorce in our Islamic sects and Iraqi law, as well as the laws issued by it in Iraqi personal status law. In our second section, we addressed the causes of the divorce phenomenon in Iraq and societies around the world, as well as the factors that cause it. We also explained the effects of divorce and the theories that explain the causes of the divorce phenomenon. In conclusion, we explained The family is the basic pillar in building the personality of the child and adolescent in general, it has a psychological and personal impact, and from it the child and adolescent in general learn their skills and learn, and we have shown that divorce destroys the child and adolescent in general and the family as a whole, and we have presented our proposals, including raising awareness of the family and putting in place preventive programs to get out of family problems and helping young people who are about to get married to understand married life and give each person his right and reconsider marriage and the age of marriage because the reason for this phenomenon is the lack of awareness of married life
