الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم قراءة نظرية تحليلية
لأهمية الإرشاد الأكاديمي المهني في تعزيز توجهات طلبة المرحلة الثانوية نحو سوق
العمل، انطلاقًا من منظور علم الاجتماع التطبيقي الذي ينظر إلى الاختيار المهني
بوصفه بناءً اجتماعيًا ومؤسسيًا يتشكل داخل الأسرة والمدرسة والبيئة الرقمية وسوق
العمل. وتستند الدراسة إلى المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال مراجعة الأدبيات
النظرية والدراسات السابقة المرتبطة بالإرشاد الأكاديمي المهني، والتوجهات المهنية
للطلبة، ومهارات المستقبل، والتحول من التعليم إلى العمل.تتناول الدراسة الإرشاد
الأكاديمي المهني بوصفه أداة تنموية داخل المدرسة، لا باعتباره خدمة معلوماتية
عابرة، وتوضح علاقته بتكافؤ الفرص، والحراك الاجتماعي، وبناء القرار المهني،
والقدرة على التعامل الواعي مع مصادر المعلومات المهنية. كما تحلل الدراسة أثر
الأسرة والأقران وصورة المهنة والمكانة الاجتماعية والمنصات الرقمية في تشكيل
توجهات الطلبة، وتبين أن وظيفة الإرشاد الحديث لا تقتصر على تعريف الطالب
بالتخصصات، بل تمتد إلى تمكينه من فهم ذاته، واستكشاف البدائل، وتقييم المعلومات،
وبناء خطة مستقبلية مرنة.خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الإرشاد الأكاديمي المهني يزداد أثره
حين يُبنى بوصفه منظومة مدرسية متكاملة تقوم على الاستمرارية، وكفاءة المرشد،
والتعرض المهني، والشراكة مع الأسرة، والربط بين المدرسة وسوق العمل. وتوصي
الدراسة بتطوير برامج إرشاد مبكر وعادل، وإدماج التربية المعلوماتية المهنية،
وتعزيز الشراكات مع الجامعات والقطاع الخاص، وبناء مؤشرات جودة تقيس أثر الإرشاد
في وضوح المسار والجاهزية المهنية لدى الطلبة.

Abstract
This study aims to provide a theoretical and analytical review of
the role of academic and career guidance in enhancing secondary school
students’ orientations toward the labor market. It proceeds from an applied
sociological perspective that views career choice not as an isolated individual
decision, but as the outcome of interactions among family expectations, school
culture, peer influence, digital information sources, and the changing
requirements of the labor market.
The study adopts a
descriptive-analytical approach based on reviewing relevant theoretical
literature, official educational guidance frameworks, and selected previous
studies concerned with career guidance, future skills, student aspirations, and
the school-to-work transition. It discusses the conceptual boundaries of
academic and career guidance, distinguishes it from educational and
psychological counseling, and analyzes its developmental functions within the
school as a social institution that produces aspirations and organizes access
to opportunities.
The review concludes that academic
and career guidance gains significance when it is institutionalized as an
integrated school system rather than treated as occasional informational
activity. Its effectiveness depends on continuity, qualified counselors,
professional exposure, family engagement, digital information literacy, and
governance indicators that measure impact rather than the number of activities
alone. The study recommends developing early and equitable guidance programs
that link school learning with future skills and labor-market transformations.
